ReOrbit’s security practices have achieved international ISO certification, demonstrating the company’s commitment to data security in the space sector.

HELSINKI, FINLAND, 2 October 2026 – Rapidly growing European space technology company ReOrbit has received the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification, demonstrating that ReOrbit’s information security practices adhere to high international standards.

“Governments and operators all around the world are now seeking advanced satellite systems and full control over their data and assets. Responding to that demand requires uncompromised security excellence across our operations. This certification underscores that we have the right practices in place that are critical to our customers, partners, and growth,” states Rajiv Subramanian, Chief Financial Officer of ReOrbit.

ReOrbit’s security environment becomes increasingly complex as the company implements new systems and grows its team. The certification helps ReOrbit to standardize its operations and lays the groundwork to adopt future certifications and maintain compliance while scaling.

The certification was granted by the accredited certification body, Into Certification, through an independent audit. It covers ReOrbit’s entire information security management system in physical and digital spheres, including all processes, systems, and personnel involved in the handling of information assets within the company.

“Companies building satellite systems for civil and military use are increasingly expected to show independent evidence of how they manage information security. ReOrbit’s management system meets the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001:2022, and it has been built to grow with the company,” says Niki Klaus, CEO of Into Certification.
